Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
Tutor Unavailability:
If a tutor fails to deliver classes as agreed and a suitable replacement cannot be provided.
Technical Issues from Our End:
If technical problems on our side prevent classes from being conducted (and not due to the student’s internet/device issues).
Duplicate Payment:
If you are accidentally charged twice for the same course or package.
Cancellation Before Start:
If you cancel your package before the first class begins, you are eligible for a full refund (minus transaction fees).
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
You miss a class without prior notice.
You are dissatisfied with a tutor after the trial session (since trial classes are offered for testing compatibility).
You fail to maintain a stable internet connection or device required for classes.
You request a refund after the course or package has been completed.
You cancel mid-package after several sessions have already been conducted.
Instead of a refund, we may offer a rescheduled class or a replacement tutor, depending on the case.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days (depending on your payment provider).
In certain cases, we may offer partial refunds if:
Only a small portion of the total classes were missed due to tutor or scheduling issues.
Both student and tutor mutually agree to end the course before completion.
Trial classes are offered so students can evaluate teaching quality and compatibility before purchasing a package.
Trial sessions are non-refundable, but they can be rescheduled once if a valid reason is provided.
